How we achieve process optimization for an American sports project
At Envolutions, we are always looking for challenging projects where we can leverage our expertise in process optimization and web platform development. We recently started a special project for an American client, building an advanced system that improves the claims process for former NFL athletes. In this article, we are happy to share our approach and initial results.
From business processes to digital solution
As a first step, we wrote out the entire business process of the organization. This is a crucial phase in our development process because it gives us a clear picture of all the challenges and opportunities. By diving deep into the processes, we can build a solution that really works.
After this analysis, we developed a detailed flowchart that incorporated each touchpoint of the process. This visual representation helped us translate the complexity of the claims system into a practical state machine architecture. When we presented this to the client, it was received with great enthusiasm – a confirmation that we are on the right track!
Technical realization with Laravel and Filament
For the technical implementation, we chose Laravel combined with Filament. This powerful combination allows us to create a robust and user-friendly web platform. Currently, we are still in the development phase, but the marketing lead system is already in the completion phase.
The state machine we are developing is at the heart of the claims process. The system guides users step by step through the submission process, processing claims more efficiently and significantly reducing the risk of errors.
